Due Diligence prices are indicative and depend on the level and the size of the data room: starting from 1.390 €, with a quote on request. Site Intelligence starts from a fixed base per level; Screening is by volume, from 890 € per site.
When the price is no longer enough
The tailored route comes into play when the scope leaves the standard.
There are cases where a standard rate is not enough to describe the work. It happens when the project has several SPVs, when the data room is very large, when several iterations are needed, when the dossier has tightly intertwined technical and contractual components, or when the client requests a fast delivery with additional support.
In these cases we work on a dedicated quote, building the price on the basis of the real scope and the level of responsibility required.
Price variables
What the price depends on.
- Number of parcels, sites or SPVs.
- Permitting and documentation complexity.
- Depth required for each dimension.
- Need for deduplication, triage or reconstruction of the gaps.
- Urgency of the work and use in investment or closing contexts.
- Need for subsequent discussion or multiple revisions.
Our goal is to keep pricing consistent with the real value of the work, so the client immediately understands what they are buying and why the cost rises as the complexity of the case grows.
