Privacy notice

Notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is Scala Core S.r.l. (VAT no. 17970871004), with registered office at Via Alberto Mario 9b, 00152 Rome, which operates the Big 5 Energy brand. For any request concerning personal data you can write to info@big5energy.io.

Data processed

We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us via email: first and last name, email address, message and, if you choose to enter them, company, telephone, region or location and timeframes. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics and we do not collect browsing data.

Purposes and legal basis

The data is processed solely to respond to your request and manage the resulting correspondence. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Processing methods

Requests sent through the form are delivered by email to our dedicated address and are not stored in a site database. Processing is carried out with electronic tools and security measures adequate to prevent unauthorized access.

Retention

We retain the data for the time necessary to handle the request and any subsequent contacts, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months, unless other legal obligations apply. After this period the data is deleted.

Disclosure of data

The data may be processed by the email service provider we rely on, appointed as data processor. The data is neither disseminated nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Rights of the data subject

At any time you can exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal). Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law.
